Small-Group Project Training
Map your web app to an agent, alongside a few others doing the same. A small group works through a hands-on project with an experienced mentor, onsite in Pune or online.

What an earlier participant says
Feedback from earlier TechEazy DevOps internship participants, edited only for clarity without changing meaning.
“My internship was a valuable learning experience that helped me grow personally. I appreciated the structured approach, regular feedback, and opportunities to work on real-world projects.”
Who it is for
Working engineers and freshers who know how to build a web app and want to take the next step: making it an agent that uses tools, stays inside guardrails and asks a person before it acts. You bring the app you know; the group and the mentor help you shape it.
A small, capped group
- The group is capped so every learner gets the mentor's time on their own project.
- You learn from the questions others ask about apps unlike yours.
- Hands-on in every session; you finish with a working project.
Projects you can build
Example project · AWS
Service-desk triage agent
A service-desk app where tickets queue up for people to sort and answer.
An agent that classifies each ticket, drafts a reply and escalates the hard ones, with a person approving before anything is sent.
Example project · AWS
Order-support agent grounded in policy
An order-tracking app that customers check, then email support about.
A support agent that answers from your policy documents, cites the clause it used and says so when it does not know.
Example project · AWS
Invoice document-processing agent
An invoice upload form that someone then reads and keys in by hand.
An agent that reads each uploaded invoice, pulls out the fields, flags what looks wrong and routes it for sign-off.
Example project · Azure
HR policy employee assistant
An HR policy portal where staff search long documents for one answer.
An employee assistant that answers from the current policies, shows its source and hands off to HR when the question is personal.
Example project · Azure
Incident-response agent
An ops dashboard that shows an alert and leaves the digging to whoever is on call.
An agent that reads the logs, explains the likely cause and proposes a fix that an engineer approves before it runs.
Course project · local
Capstone: a grounded, tool-using feature
A feature in an app you already ship, such as search or a form that needs a human to decide.
The same feature as an agent that calls tools, remembers context, asks for approval and stays inside guardrails.
Course project · AWS
Capstone: design an end-to-end AI system
A prototype that works on your laptop and nowhere else.
The same prototype designed for real use: where it runs, how it scales, what it costs, how it is watched and audited.
In preparation · local
HelpDesk Copilot
A help desk where agents search old tickets and write the same replies again.
A copilot that suggests the reply from past tickets and your knowledge base, and a person decides what goes out.
