Every project starts from an app you already know and ends with the same app working as an AI agent. You build it with an experienced mentor, one-to-one, in a small group or with your team.

The app you know: A service-desk app where tickets queue up for people to sort and answer.
As an agent: An agent that classifies each ticket, drafts a reply and escalates the hard ones, with a person approving before anything is sent.
