How it works
1. Find the gaps
Your mentor goes through the topics for your target role and finds where your understanding is thin.
2. Close the gaps
You work on those topics with the mentor until you can explain them in your own words.
3. Mock interview
Your mentor interviews you on the topics you worked on, the way a real interviewer would.
4. Written feedback
You get written feedback on each answer, so you know what to practise next.
